Description

CATS needs to be updated to support multiple choices in the matter of image output formats. In the case of HDRI images CATS may either download the raw HDRI data or a series of pre-computed "preview" images.
This also needs to be supported in the public APIs.

Actually it makes no sense for the service to support anything but the raw image files. It is up to the user to convert these files client-side to whatever final format they require.

This issue is instead related to propagating information about the image format to CATS so that it may choose the appropriate file format to download the files into.
